Why do I study? I don't know the reason these days. I had heard that if I study hard, I can become a successful person. Can I ever be so?

I seem that some people hate what I study related my major. They had pretended to like my aspect that I study them. And.. actually, I have known they don't like it. But I have studied them because I just liked it.

Recently, many people not only indirectly but also directly request me to stop studying them. Even some my supporters persuade me out of it. How ever do I have to?

They say that

"The prospect of IT is bad."
"It is not hopeful to graduate from local university"
"Stop studying your major. Your major is not hopeful."
"IT is the end."

It is not that I don't know the reality. But most of them don't give any excellent plan. And a few men tell me the plan. Even so I think it's not excelent plan. Thank you for advising me. But I don't have manifold ability even so I just do one of the most self-confident works. Accordingly, don't stress, please. I don't want to be stressed by that matter.

Let me introduce my family to you.

Look at this picture. This is my family photo which was taken in 2004. My parents, two sisters, and me. There are 5 in my family.

My Korean name is Lee Seung-chul and English name is Smith. I'm 24 years old. And I'm a university student and junior. But I stay out of school temporarily. Because I was in the military 3 months ago. I'll return to university the second semester.

My parents have run a furniture shop together for 17 years. The shop is near Yong-moon rotary. I respect my parents. They are very honorable.

My eldest sister teaches English to children. She has gone abroad since she was a university student. She also studied english in the Philippines. She sometimes helps me study English.

My second elder sister works in the Hyundai Card. She has a boy friend. And I seem that she will marry him. He came my home this New Year's Day for greeting us.

Although I'm not handsome, my sisters are beautiful.

I love very much my family. We are a peaceful family. Thank you!
